    Dr. Bayliss without a doubt, is the best doctor I have ever dealt with. He is knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything. He never reacts negatively to any of my crazy questions or requests either. He is a very kind and patient doctor and I highly recommend him for any of your cardiac concerns.
