Teleflora Canada Inc

I am located in Canada and thought I was ordering in Canadian dollars, as nowhere on their website does it say the price is in American dollars. It simply says you are buying from local florists. Buyer beware of the dollar conversion cost.

I ordered a Teleflora arrangement direct from one of their merchants "Glas Florists" in Ottawa. It looked absolutely NOTHING like the one online. Called the florist to complain and she was unprepared to do anything to rectify the situation. Called Teleflora to complain and they cannot do anything unless you order directly through them. My takeaway is that neither the florist nor Teleflora care about customer satisfaction. I will not order a Teleflora arrangement again.
