when your furnace does not work this company does not see it as an emergency! They will let you suffer the cold night with no heat . They schedule you in for maintenance from 9am -1pm the next day!! So you are still frozen for half a day before you can be attended to. And they call that EMERGENCY SERVICE!!!! The emergency policy needs to be changed especially for Seniors living alone! Other than that the maintenance appointments are done well and contractors are very friendly and courteous.

This is a terrible company I never had . I running the salon in the shopping mall , when the water tank which I rent only 5 years doesn’t work , after 3 hours , we was told need change . The next day morning we got call says sent us new agreement and landlord have to sign too , this is between enercare and us , What’s the point landlord sign for ? Then they said if you buy tank $3400+Hst , you don’t need ask landlord sign , otherwise they won’t come to fix. So I have no hot w

I started to use enercare services a year ago. I have so much headache: heater installed not properly, technicians who come have no idea how to fix problems. ImIm very frustrated with their service
The whole subdivision is having hot water issues over priced monthly charges and no one is doing anything about it. the tank less system is defected
I rate zero stars I have not had heat since Thursday January 17,2019 FIVE DAYS awaiting a part every time I call for an update I cannot get an answer when parts will arrive WHAT DO I PAY INSURANCE FOR???
