This is the best tasting Indian food ever!!! The food was awesome and the servers were helpful in recommending the dishes. I always come here with my friends and family and they all love it as well. You have to order the right combination of dishes and then share with your friends.......like family style. Such delicious food with so much of variety. On top"" GLUTEN FREE"".........how much healthier can it get. I will highly recommend it.
I see a lot of reviewers complaint about Massey's and have to come to their defense. Firstly I am NOT going to drive all the way to Toronto just for dinner, also restaurants in Toronto are more competitive with their portions and prices because they have to be! Yes the prices are a bit high at massey's but it's actually decent Indian food. The Buffett does not compare to the dinner service menu items of the exact same name but the food is generally quite good and much better than whatever else the city has to offer for Indian cuisine. Maybe they have two different chefs working day/evening? I never leave massey's disappointed and would easily recommend it to any of my friends or coleagues.
Always go for the weekend buffet. Spicy authentic Indian food, only complaint is that there aren't that many options available. Recommended for a great lunch buffet, the beef curry and tandoori chicken are delicious.
The food was terrible! How is this called fine Indian? Please people of London, go down to Gerrard street in Toronto to taste what real Indian food is actually like, also the food will be a fraction of the price (~$7-8 or 9). The portions are ABSOLUTELY small and costs around $12-14. I was actually shocked looking at the size! The buffet is flavorless. Do not waste your money here!
food was average at best...onion bhaji was ok, everything else was terrible. Portions were UNACCEPTABLY small for price. Restaurant made an error and we had to call to correct it (we ordered take out); when we called they were VERY RUDE. Delivery driver was nice; that's the only good thing I can say
I been to massey's about 5-6 times now. Every time food getting worse everytime when I go back. When I went to massey about two years ago it was above average. Now they cheapping out on the spices and ingredients. Service is very bad. Looked like waiters was mad at us for something.
I have been to India enough times and had authentic Indian food. Masseys is just a sad excuse for Indian food in London or any where else. If you want bland food which looks like Indian food but does not taste like it, I guess go to Masseys. Someone who likes spicy authentic Indian food can't possibly like Masseys or for that matter of fact any Indian food joint in London. Masseys is just the worst of them along with India Spice Express. I have been to Masseys more than once thinking that it should be given a second chance for its deplorable food quality but sadly its a sad story. Anyways I know a lot of people might try it or like since Masseys is one of the few restaurants in the London area, but I would suggest try Nirvana in Toronto before thinking Masseys is close to being good.
