Reid's Valu-Mart

Teenage grocery baggers and other store staff find it funny to lock the washroom door when they see seniors waiting in the checkout line. This sick and disgusting behavior is not stopped and can clearly be seen on store security cameras. I saw one teenaged employee run into the washroom and did something then blamed it on a senior in line. If staff don't want to do their jobs and clean after every customer then close down the washroom to all including store staff.

I use P.C. EXPRESS and they do a great job. 98% great pickers, couldn't do any better myself, and I am very picky. I have always managed to pick up at the time requested. Excellent

I just moved to Lindsay and thought this store would be like a No Frills/Loblaws, Not! Every thing looks old even the meat! I bought a big PC chocolate bar that had 2 months to expire so I tried it and it tasted old and I spit it out. I would never ever shop there again, btw the cashier was good.

I gave my mother 20 bucks to go into value mart and make change for the laundry Matt down the street and she comes back with 10 in change. Keep in mind my mother is a senior citizen so I went in too get the rest of my money. The cashier argues with me for about 10 solid minutes well there’s a line up of customers in front of her. What a poor display of customer service. My suggestion to anybody that’s stupid enough to buy food here simply count your change and look at the bill before leaving..
