    Honest, Trust Worthy, Excellet Work

    I've been going to Towne Collision for years, first of all its an independently owned and operated family business. Ziggy Always recognizes me and treats me fairly and honestly- some of you may know how important that is in this type of business! I have never has a quote for body work come in as low as his and trust me I've gone to other places before and always end up back here! He keeps things old school which means he focus's on the work and its spectacular every time! I even called him in the summer when I was vacationing because my car broke down and wasn't drivable and I needed advice- he gave it to me free of charge and even spoke to the mechanic up there! he saved me hundreds of dollars and gave me peace of mind! If you are looking for an honest car repair shop that does impeccable work this is where you need to go- Ask for Sieg!     Amazing Service

    I have been taking both my vehicles to Towne Collision for over 10 years. Not only has this saved me thousands by not using competitors and their outrageous prices but also gives me peace of mind that my cars will be functioning well for many years to come. I have a 2011 Dodge Caliber and a 1991 Plymouth Acclaim and both cars are running as if they are new. The 1991 Acclaim has had any issues since it is 22 years old but regardless of what brakes down I know it is in good hands with Towne Collision. My Dodge Caliber was in a fender bender a few months ago. The back bumper needed to be fixed up and painted, it honestly looks better than it did before, and it was the lowest quote I got out of 4 different local places. Over all they treat you like family and I am very happy to have them work on my cars.

    not to happy

    i have recently needed to paint my fender and was suggested to call Towne collision for a quote when i called the guy who answered was very rude and seemed rather unhappy to be talking to me on the phone this comment is strictly about the negative customer service as i have never had work done by this shop and because of the negative customer service i received never will thanks and have a great day.
