Owned by Rudi Mogl Tara Natural Foods occupies a large retail space at 81 Princess Street in the heart of downtown Kingston. We also supply wholesale products to many local businesses and organizations. Tara Natural Foods began some 40 years ago with a sack of granola, a few bags of flour, and a bucket of peanut butter.
