Went twice about three weeks apart. First time was okay at best. The second time was a disaster, the staff on duty was lazy to say the least. Also, they had the nerve to tell customers after the fact about their rules that weren't made public in the restaurant or on their website. Another interesting item, before going the 2nd time, I looked up their menu on the web, the menu is so antiquated it has cobwebs growing on it not to mention offering items they no longer serve..
New owner's... same problems. They may have a new name in the works but they are lacking in any real knowledge on how to run a bar or even what a census is. If you are doing what everyone else is doing in Keswick these days, it's not going to this bar! At least no one under 30.

I am a long term customer of this establishment, and i am appalled at the last review. First of all i am routinely in there for the wings and the two girls that work on wing day-night are very friendly, quick and very good at their job which includes cooking the food. they work alone and it is typically very busy on a wing day-night.
whomever wrote that review obviously did not read any of the other reviews posted about their " friday girls " as they are well known to repeated customers to be mean, slow and rude.
its very surprising that anyone could have an issue with either of the "wings girls" in regards to their job performance and it sounds a little more like a personal issue. i have personally seen this very same person mentioned wash the tables, benches, walls and even the baseboards so i am more than happy to declare a good rating for both of the wing girls.
