twice now I've stopped for breakfast and both times the toast was still bread,the over easy eggs were fried & there were no utensils or napkins with my order!

Went around 1:00 pm on July 28. Very disappointed. They forgot our order. The cashier proceeded to wash tables and pick garbage with the same hand as she handled food without washing hand, no ketchup in pump, no soap to wash hands in men’s washroom, dishwasher broken so no glass cups. Disgusting.
