Northview Seniors Residence

My sister resides at this home and I have complete piece of mind. The Administrator and her staff are exceptional: they care and treat residents with respect. They actually had safety practices in place for COVID before the province implemented their protocols. Lines of communications are great, staff are approachable. I have zero negative input for this residence and extend my thanks to them for a job well done every day, 24/7.

My sister has been at Northview for over 10 years. The staff are dedicated and caring and make the residential care facility a home. Throughout this pandemic they have gone the extra mile and kept all the residents safe and healthy. Their knowledge And attention of each and every resident is Wonderful.

Northview Seniors residence is a wonderful retirement home. The staff are kind and caring and the food is simply the best! I would highly recommend Northview for seniors who are looking for a retirement residence to call home.

Something MUST be done with the cleaning staff

My grandfather has been living here for less than 6 weeks and this is the most disgusting establishment I have ever seen. There has been vomit in the stairwell for about 2 weeks now and nobody has cleaned it, the window in his room is broken and was boarded up and has been since day one, an orange like substance is smeared on the walls and hasn't been clean, and to top it off there was a blanket sitting in the hallway when you walk in soaking up water from a leaky pipe for weeks!
