I have been a customer for over 5 years with Josie and she has always been on time, friendly, and professional. Her prices are very reasonable in comparison to other places. I have had excellent results with hair removal from the legs and underarms. It would be hard to find someone else with such good prices and a pleasant atmosphere as Josie's laser hair removal. I would recommend her to anyone.

She was recommended to me by a friend and I always trust referrals. Referrals are always a great basis for business. Our business is based mostly on referrals. I travel one hour to come and see her. Why change when you find something you are comfortable with.
Terrible!! Today was my first visit with Josie. I've been seeing another lady for electrolysis but due to distance I thought I'd try someone local. She is unprofessional.Greeted me with a cold attitude. I got there on time but she started 10 minutes later. She didn't apologize for that. I was booked for 30 mins and she cut me short because she had another client. The room was so stuffy and needed ventilation. This was a terrible experience. I would not recommend her to anyone. Try other places.
Horrible customer service! She didn't do a good job at all. My session was interrupted multiple times. She didn't apologize once for the inconvenience. I showed up on time and she altered 15 minutes later. Her attitude wasn't pleasant. Maybe she's going through some personal issues or was having a bad day , but for a first time experience this was terrible. She didn't seem competent and was reluctant through the procedure and tried to sell me products from her during my session.
Hey JPGreen, who complains 5 years later? Treatments must have been working for you to continue treatments at the time. You should have done the research, or maybe have listened to her during consultation, otherwise you would have known everyone needs touch-ups. Don't put Josie's business down, as I and many of my friends go to her. Results are great, and always improve over time, but, you should know there are NO GUARANTEES IN LIFE. and had you listened, you wouldn't need to complain online!
I spent almost 2 years and over $4,000 for laser hair removal on my back, shoulders and upper arms. That was about 5 years ago. The hair has returned and is about as thick as it was before the treatments! This was a complete waste of time and money!!! I can't afford to simply waste $4,000 like this.

I have been going to Josie for 4 months and have found my facial hair has gotten less by at least 50%. Don't need to shave as often and the shadow has gone. Her prices are very reasonable as well. I plan on definitely going back to Josie.Take my word for it.
Have have had many laser hair treatments done in the past, and this was by far the worst experience I have had. Her lasers left scaring which after a year or so mostly went away. But the worst part was the hair would grow back almost immediately! I had purchased a wag jag deal, so I went a couple more times, (to give her the benefit of the doubt) that it was a fluke... It wasn't! I ended up giving up, it was better to let the money go to waste, then to keep getting scared... She is cheap, but I guess you get what you pay for.
I bought a wagjag for "Brazilian Bikini line" laser removal, 6 sessions. The price was $150. When I arrived, she asked for an extra 50$ per session to do the "other areas" around my bikini line, as apparently only the outter sides were included. Many friends have had unlimited removal for $150 which included the entirety of the bikini area. Needs to be clear about her service and pricing.
To begin with this deal was 6 treatments for $99.00 on the bikini line, which is the outer part of the bikini. If you ask for the brazilian instead,
which is a much larger area, of course, there will be an extra fee. Read,
before you purchase!

Laser Hair Removal
I was recently at a shower, where there were 8 girls sitting at my table and the conversation topic was laser hair removal. A girl at the table pulled out a card from Josie's Laser and ironically 3 other people pulled out a card from Josie's Laser as well. Since it's difficult to decide where to go, I was definetly convinced to go to Josie's Laser. Let me tell you, the choice I made was great. Her prices were very affordable and her services are # .1. I have noticed in just 3 treatments, on my legs and underarms at least 50 % of the hair is gone. If you want results, at affordable prices, Josie's Laser is the place to go.
