We had to make a move at the last minute and contacted Simpsons Moving. They were able to come the very next day and move everything quickly, efficiently and at a reasonable charge. We really appreciated it. Would definitely use them again!

I was very happy to help you out !!!!! That is what we are here for !!! Whenever a customer is in a bind , we do everything we can to relieve that bad situation they are in . I remember a year or two ago answering the phone on New Years Day and the customer saying " Oh my God , Please don't hang up !!! I can't believe you answerd the phone !! ' 12 hrs later , they were completely moved out and extremely moved . ( No pun intended )
I hired Simpson moving on a referral from a friend. What a great service! While I was speaking with Simpson moving (booking a move date) the person I was speaking with had given me lots of tips and tricks on how to keep my moving cost down. “GREAT”. Simpson moving showed up on time and work very hard and went out of there way to make sure I was happy with everything. I would refer Simpson moving to my friends April 26, 2012

We've used Simpson 5 or 6 times in the last 10 years. The last occasion being the removal of heirloom pieces from the apartment of a family member who had passed. The Boss (Kirk) and his crew(s) have always been careful, respectful and responsible. I would not/have not hesitate(d) to recommend Simpson to anyone I know. Call them first and save time comparing!

Kirk helped me with my office move in Waterloo recently and I was very happy with the level of service that he and his team provided. In my experience, they paid attention to details and when they made a promise, they came through. I was quite stressed about everything that was going on with my office moving and he really helped out and when everything was said and done, it turned out perfectly. Moving an Insurance Agency is a bit nerve racking from our end . We have done a few over the last 23 or so years and total satisfaction so far !!! Let's keep that record as amazing as our no ( Not 1 ) insurance claims in this companies history . Pretty much unheard of . !!! I hope i didn't just jinx ourselve's !!!!!!
I hired Simpson Moving Services based on a very nice conversation by telephone with the owner. I was told there would be 3 movers but only 2 showed up. It took twice the time quoted hence twice the price. I was willing to live with this until I noticed, albeit 6 weeks later, that a box was missing. The box contains about 25 CDs which I have been collecting over the years. When I called I was basically told that because it had been 6 weeks I was out of luck. I have a few things to say about this. Firstly, I don't know about you, but moving is stressful enough on its own and even more especially so when you are working fulltime, taking a very difficult course, and are on your own (thank god for friends). The owner should have made a really concerted effort to locate this box before calling me back. Secondly, I can tell you that of the 2 movers, one of them was very careless - arrogant really - and I am guessing as he was throwing the blankets back into the truck he may have covered my box. Some of my furniture was scratched but thankfully easily repaired. I do understand that this kind of thing can happen and does; nevertheless. when you are paying $600.00+ (not incl. HST!) you expect a more respectful response than "too bad, so sad". It can take up to a year after a move to have everything coordinated and unpacked so in the scheme of things, 6 weeks is a blip in time. I want my CDs back.
