Used to be good food, but only offers halal meats. Would love to eat there if a non-halal option was available, since the food was tasty. I understand being inclusive, but in being inclusive, Olive Tree has now excluded everyone who does not want to consume food blessed in a faith that is not their own. Inclusivity means choice - offer both options, please!
I've eaten at Olive Tree, taken out dinners, and had food delivered. I just finished consuming my last meal from here ever. If you're planning on ordering delivery, expect to wait an hour and a half to receive your food (this has happened at least 5 times over the past year and a half). COLD FOOD, HOT SALAD, PINK CHICKEN!!! Workers/owners do not seem to care about customer service or food prep. One dinner and a bottled water cost $20.30 not including tip. Used to be a big fan of this place.
long story short... spent 40$ on delivery, took 2 hours to come, all the food was completely cold, beef skewer wasnt cooked (literally it was rare), tzatziki was incredibly spicy, called to complain and was asked for my number to get his manager to call back, 20 mins later nothing so i call twice without an answer each time. called from another phone and he picked up right away so he blocked my number. and when he found out i was calling from another phone he hung up and blocked that number.
Absolutely delicious! chicken souvlaki plate is definitely my favourite. potatoes are soft, rice is flavourful, chicken is juicy and the portions are amazing for the price! One of my favourite places to get food
Terribly rude, wrong toppings on pizza, very under cooked. They didn't replace or refund either pizza. In fact, the owner never even called me back. Tons of negative reviews on their Google page ... Wish i had read them first.
This is our local neighbourhood favourite. Great take out food at reasonable prices. The pizza and Panzarottis are great and they have fantastic chicken shawarma.
I have never been so angry leaving a restaurant! I couldn't believe how terrible they treated me when I ordered for pick up. EVERYTHING went wrong and it left me shaken and VERY upset. I can not believe how disrespectful these people are. They have NEVER heard of customer service. They ALWAYS mess up orders and when you ask for a make up they end up screaming at you like its your fault. Don't waste you time and money here. I would have loved to have walked in with my husband and had them treat me they way they did. They talk down to women and its disgusting.
