I’m a loyal shopper but am increasingly frustrated with this store over the lack of pricing or wrong item pricing in the produce section

A review comprises of the overall shopping and customer service experience. I must applaud the team working at NO Frills (Harvard Road, Guelph) on Tuesday evening 29 December 2020 for assisting me in restarting my car in the bitter cold of -10 C. My car battery refused to work and I asked for help from the customer service. In no time a team of young employees got together and helped to resolve the difficult situation ensuring my safe return home. Thankyou one and all you were all amazing.

This store is wonderfully run. I particularly appreciate the excellent produce department, in which the specials are displayed for you at the entrance. I see much Canadian-grown produce and I get the feeling this store is on MY side! The staff are pleasant and helpful.

This is an excellent super market (if you know how to choose your produce). Recently, however, we were very disappointed as it stopped carrying La Molisana Calabrese Bread, a main reason we went there. The replacement bread is not good at all.

I couldn't believe how exceptionally clean the store was!!!!!! Amazing job to owner and what great staff!!! I will most certainly be returning to this store!!!!! Silvercreek location could sure use some pointers from you guys!!!!!! Kudos to All of you!!!!!
