I cannot believe thy didn't have a liquor licence........when asked what the draft was........the reply was ...no draft...no bottles ..no licence..............coudnt we have been told before we sat down.....and they haven't had it for 2 months......and no postings anywhere........very sad,ill never go back
We love Swiss Chalet, especially this location and have been going for years, it's the closest to homemade, it's fast service and the prices are great! The staff at this location are amazing people and always quick to serve you and get you what you want. I can't say enough about this location, it's all good in every way. Always greeted with a smile. We will continue going to this Swiss Chalet because I haven't found one like it, even though they are all from the same chain, they are still different. Keep up the great work.....
FOOD
The food came in looked delicious, and proved delicious. However the fries side dish that came with the chicken dishes were the leftover remains. They were also noticeably burnt. But the other food tasted well, and the kids menu is a very good deal, including dessert, and drink for one low price.
SERVICE
I had two waiters, one who usually worked there, and one in training. Both were very kind and smiled every time. They were polite and they were fast. They also were kind enough to say goodnight when we left. Very generous people.
