Not the same...

This place used to be really good but has gone down hill since. Last time I was there was about a year ago and the food just wasn't the same. They must have changed chef's. Also service was ridiculously too long. When Tony worked there, everything was on the ball. My suggestion to anyone out there is save your money and or go elsewhere.

This use to be a great romantic restaurant. The waiter that ran the place was the most caring waiter in the city. He could describe the food so well that my mouth would water at the table. If it was not for that waiter I would have never come back to this restaurant. The owner is always running around yelling at the staff. The cooks can be heard from the washrooms screeching .PLS come back Roberto

This Rocco's used to be a great little restaurant...

This Rocco's used to be a great little restaurant with imaginative food and decent service. Lately the service is either overbearing (much too personal and in-your-face) or lackluster. The food has gone downhill some, especially in portion size and quantity of protein. We don't go to either of the west end Rocco's any more because of the drop in quality of food and service. Too bad, they were great for a while.

Fairly Good

Food was reasonably good, but nothing to rave about or complain about either. Portion sizes were a little large. We were on the patio which was fine, but the chairs were back-breakingingly awful and the patio and tables sort of gave the impression that things weren't all that clean. Wait staff was reasonably attentive but not overly friendly. The overall impression was one of a cramped, crowded space both inside and on the patio -too bad they couldn't expand their space.

We love Rocco's Queensway location. They bring bread, olive oil and olives as a free starter. They're very accomodating for our two young children. The meals are consistently good, veggies are deliciously prepared. We're always pleased with our meal and we go quite often. Staff are always wonderful.
