Guy goes above and beyond as a trainer!!. I started working out with Guy as a way to become stronger after having back surgery. Guy taught me how to train properly with better technique so I won’t injure myself again. As a trainer Guy goes out of his way to accommodate your needs and abilities. He went as far as researching Dragon boat techniques to help me train for the sport and spent time learning how to adapt the exercises during my pregnancies. I would highly recommend him!!
Guy is amazing! He really took the time to really understand my fitness goals and personal habits to build workout plans that work well for me. With a combination of online training and 1-on-1 sessions, he was patient, very motivational and pushes me to give my very best. He is very responsive and easily accessible so I never felt I was alone with my workouts. I can't say enough about how great it is training with him, and I especially like the results I am seeing.
I started working with Guy because I had a big goal of running my first marathon in NYC. He was so positive and motivated me to focus on the small things first, like integrating weight training into my weekly routine. I was able to complete my race without any injuries & have since completed a second international marathon. He is very knowledgeable on many aspects of fitness and has a keen attention to detail, which I really appreciate!
Guy has been my trainer for the last couple of years. I actually met Guy through my Dad as Guy was his trainer for over 10 years. Guy does an excellent job. We discuss nutrition and proper eating habits. With Guy's help I have lost over 45 lbs in the last year. I would highly recommend to anyone that wants to get into better shape and understand how their body works.
My husband and I have been training with Guy since 2012. Since we are both retired, we can workout at the same time and Guy is able to set up a program that can be tailored to each of us and he can assure that we are doing the exercises correctly. Besides keeping us active, weight training helps slow down the muscle deterioration that happens as we age and helps mental alertness. He also is able to adjust our programs if we are not feeling well or have just returned from a long vacation.
I have been training with Guy for 3 years and he is fantastic. He knows when to push you harder but also when to ease off. He understands that meeting your fitness goals is not just a physical challenge but also a mental one. Thanks to Guy I have been able to change my mindset and strengthen my body so that I can live a healthier, happier life!
Once my husband & I began training at CoreFit Inc, we quickly realized that we had finally found the trainer we had been looking for these past couple of years. Guy is very knowledgeable, professional & goal oriented while keeping the workouts fresh & fun. He also changes the exercises to meet our different needs as they arise.
