    Stan received direction from my bank 6 weeks prior regarding the transfer of title on a property. After following up several times both email and phone calls, I received a call that he was unable to perform this work. This should be a rather simple transaction and I cant understand why any lawyer thinks this is professional.

    I went for notary...

    I went for notary public. I called few lawyer offices for notary public service, before deciding to do here. He charged me the least amount compared to other places. He was very professional. His service is excellent. I would definitely recommend him.
