Amaya is Indian food Toronto had been waiting for formal restaurants, fast casual, and quick service. Canadian grocery stores carry our sauces and naan breads. We have catering and food service divisions
Last supper
Amaya the Indian Room’s last service will be Sunday, July 26th so experience this modern Indian fare - lunch ($18) and dinner ($25) - while you can.
Tuck into elegant dishes such as Chennai Kings (prawns in spicy roast pepper masala 'sukka pickle style') and Tender Lamb in rosewater and local saffron. Finish the meal with enticing Malai Kulfi with saffron caviar or Rooh Afza Creme Brulee.
While it's always sad when a restaurant closes, at least you'll get the chance to say goodbye this time.
A number of chicken dishes will entice you. To start, select from Roast Chicken Kebab stuffed with goat cheese, served with pineapple chutney, or try the Tandoori Chicken Tikka accompanied by curry leaf, mustard seeds, mint foam and milk fritters.
