July 19 I called for a taxi to pick me up at EG Go bus station. I swear the dispatcher said, ok, I will get you a car. 25 minutes later I called for an ETA and a different voice said, I told you twice I have no cab for you. He was very rude.
After sitting alone at the bus station at midnight for 45 minutes I called my daughter and she came to get me!
Last night we ordered a cab from today's to come pick us up at the Cineplex 20 minutes later no one showed we called back he said the cab was already there he would send a new cab. 40 minutes later no cab I have been waiting outside all this time with my little boy and boyfriend the dispatcher was very rude and would argue with you. Today's taxi never showed up and we ended up calling a different company. If this is how they run a business I don't know how they're still open for service.

This company is lacking basic integrity- lies & doesn't care. I called for a pickup from a Go station-was told 10 minutes. 30+mins 2 calls later, taxi finally arrived. The driver apologied noting he came from other side of the city and that he told the dispatcher that he is far away;but he was told to come anyways as there is not any cars nearby. When I called back, the dispatcher named Ell was extremely rude and said "how do I know when my texi can get there!" It was an evening -15cw windchill.
They were on time and picked me up when I called and requested. I can’t remember the driver’s name but he was nice and friendly. I am very happy with their services and if I need a taxi again, I would use them and recommend them.
Can I give this company 0 stars? The lady that dispatches the taxis is extremely rude... I work for a company that has a contract with today's taxi to bill directly as we order taxis very regularly. On multiple occasions this lady has hung up on me, given me attitude and obviously does not care about the business at all. Today, one of the drivers was assigned to pick me up and left before I could walk outside the building and when I called dispatch to give feedback about the driver and asked that someone speak to him about this incident, this lady told me that, "[I] don't need to be telling [her] what to do."
Okay, today's taxi, you just lost thousands of dollars of business.
I've used it for a 3km ride. The driver had asked me if the dispatcher told me about the 15 dollar service. From my understanding, I thought he meant 15 dollar flat rate. I had no cash on me so had to use my debit. The meter had read 11 dollars. He entered who knows what and I got charged almost 29 bucks. He did not print a receipt because how convenient that the debit turned off and could not function. I had called dispatcher and they told me that there's no such thing as a 15 dollar fee
I've used Today's Taxi to get to the airport over the last few weeks. Experience has generally been poor, one driver tried to charge me $9 instead of $7 while another tried to bill me $5 for using Amex. The topper was tonite when the driver started to drive off with my luggage and only stopped when I ran after him and banged on the back window.
Very few of the cars have electronic payment forcing you to wait while the driver runs your card through a slider and then inevitably has to write the numbers down when the machine doesn't transfer it to the slip.
Not recommended.
