Since the online appointments booking, these patience has become a piority over walk in. It's a great solution to those that are not in a hurry or are not in need to get the results and are in a healthy situation. We waited almost 2 hours in addtion 20min wait in the cubicle to get a blood test done, we still have to head over to the hospital for an x-ray sent by our physician. Doesn't look like they considered the walkin paitence, and lack of staff to handle the volume.
