Excellent and upstanding service. Issues always get addressed swiftly. When I could not reach the property manager who was ill, I simply reached out to the President and he went above and beyond.

Party room is a scam for your money. Good luck getting any of your deposit fees back. I was up extremely late ensuring that the room was tidy and back to the way it was and still they managed to take my cleaning fee of $50. Terrible customer service as well as it took a month to hear back from a representative regarding the matter.

The Property Manager for 20 Speers Road in Oakville is non-responsive. He does not return telephone calls, and generally does not reply to e-mails unless there are multiple follow-ups. When he does respond, he does not address key questions and concerns. Issues are only addressed when a resident escalates to the President of Enfield Property Management, and the Condo Board of Directors. Residents feels frustrated and ignored, and Enfield has done little to help resolve the situation.

The Enfield Group has been our Property Management firm for over 5 years. During this time they have assisted us in managing our group of Condominiums in a very efficient and effective way. They have insured that we have complied with the Condominium Act both old and new and kept us apprised of any and all changes. Their advice to us has been instrumental to our success over the last few years.

I am a long-time homeowner and have served on the Board of Directors for many of those years. I have had involvement with all the Property Management companies which our Condominium Corporation has employed and The Enfield Group is by far the best property managers our condominium has had. They have guided us through some rough spots and are always working to ensure we are well informed, made aware of issues that affect us, and take action in the best interests of our condominium complex!
