Doesn’t even deserve a 1 star pure bullshit service. The worst. They put you on hold when you call to order and disconnect it like 4 times. Delivery times are ridiculous.
This store employees are rude and doesn't know what they are doing. One says something else and other say something else. I ordered Pizza's and after 3 hours of waiting no Pizza delivered. Even HO just listen to our complains but do nothing. Useless company and store to go with family and friends. Dnt waste your time. This has happened to me twice. I learned my lesson. never ever gonna come here to eat. Be careful everyone
I give an average rating only because if you go for take out everything is fine, but boy don't order a pizza for delivery they have taken more than one hour and a half in more than one occasion.
Very poor service. I ordered pizza .it was 1 hour late. When I call they were saying driver will be there within 15 min from 1 hour. And pizza was cold. I will never order pizza from them.
They need to be truthful about delivery time. The pizza is good but it takes over an hour each time. I still tip well because it's not the driver's fault. Pizza hut isn't fast food, so please say 1.5 hrs delivery time and NOT 55 minutes. Because I order each week religiously because it tastes better than the rest, but please stop giving people false hope that the order will actually get there before an hour!
