I called today for a quote on parts and labour on my van today. The girl said she would call me right back in ten minutes, after half an hour passed i called back and she told me the mechanic would explain every thing to me. When he came on the line he said the only y pipe was for exhaust system. I told him i'm looking at the parts on the net now it is called heater hose y pipe for the 2008 caravan. He insisted that there was no such thing. Really no such thing what kind of shop is this??? DO NOT USE THIS SHOP. very unprofessional .
