Horrible customer service!
The receptionists were unhelpful and rude when i asked if my file can be transferred to the other clinic since it is closer to where i live. They also did not bother to mention that the yellow avens location was closed till 2pm when i called earlier that morning to schedule an appointment to see the doctor. Unprofessional and waste of my time.
