Worst experience ever!
Booked a bus for my prom on May 24th for 40 people. This bus would have needed to go from Guelph to Kitchener and back. I had booked this bus a month in advance. On the day of I got a call a half hour before my bus was supposed to get us claiming the bus had broken down and they were not able to come but the best they could do was refund my down payment which was only $100! Ugh never use them! Such a disappointment
This past weekend was my brother's wedding and thanks to GoodTime Limo for making it an excellent experience with their services. I would love to recommend GoodTime Limo to my friends and anyone who wants a Limo for any kind of events because of their awesome services, enjoyable experience, and friendly employees.
I just wanted to say thank you to GoodTime Limo for providing excellent service on my wedding Sept 28,2013. driver was very helpful by coming 15 minutes before pick up time and helped guest by helping them get out of the hummer limo every time we made stop. I was very impressed how clean the 20 passengers hummer limo was for my wedding day inside and out (not to say, I had rented limo before with another company, but their limo was dirty inside and funky smell, ) We had a great time. I will recommend you guys to my family and friends.

I recently used Good Time Limo and was very happy with the service ,was excellent. We had a group of 14 people and driver was amazing. He coordinated with everyone and had no issues. We were picked up on time and dropped off the time we had asked for..Have used many Limo companies, but have not had better service..Use this company you will be very happy and no hassles...
HORRIBLE, SLY BUSINESS!
1st they don't tell you that they only take cash- no credit.
2nd When they quote you they "forget" to tell you how much they charge for driver tip but you are charged that just before you set foot in the limo
3rd I thought I might have an 11th person in the 10 seater limo so I was told to expect to pay $25 extra for her which I was fine with but when everyone got in the limo there was only 9 of us. I called to ask this big boss if I could be refunded the $25 and he YELLED AT ME and then hung up the phone.... WHHHAAAT??
4th We paid for 3 different pickups and so I received multiple calls from the driver up to 2 mins before the actual time, asking us to come out- BUZZ KILL!
...Imagine you rented them for your wedding?! hah!
I get that they have other people to pick up but GEEZE! I paid for this so why do I feel like I am a hassle???? ...GOOD TIME LIMO, NNNEEEVVVER AGAIN :)
