FAQ's What if I need to cancel a clean? We request a minimum notice of 48 hours for scheduled cleans. For one time cleans we request a minimum of 72 hours notice. Do you offer green products? Most of our products are green. If you would like only green products used in your cleans please let us know.

Do I need to provide anything in the clean? We provide all cleaning products. We request to use your vacuum for sanitary reasons. Do I need to be home when the cleaner(s) are there? No you do not need to be home, as many of the homeowners are not present at time of clean. We just need to be provided with a key or code to enter your home. What are included in the standard cleans? • Wiping down all kitchen cabinets, surfaces, appliances (including inside of microwave), sinks and floors. • Cleaning all bathroom surfaces - tubs, tiles, showers (including cleaning inside/outside of glass doors), vanities, sinks, mirrors, toilets. • Vacuuming carpets, floors, and furniture.
