    Took them 4 months to mail our paperwork from a land purchase. Thats a little ridiculous since the post office is 2 doors down. Said they were too busy

    Used L. Ballantyn...

    Used L. Ballantyne twice in the past 13 yrs and should have stopped after the first time. Very rude and unprofessional. Out of loyalty and convenience we were about to use them for a third time to discharge a mortgage, but after unreturned phone calls and being told today that the discharge amount our bank requested a week ago was a "surprise" to her, and that she will be on vacation next week so it will "not happen", we have decided to look else where. I do not recommend this firm AT ALL!
