I am a regular customer but this is my least favourite of the Loblaw stores Ive frequented. Today, for e.g.., the cashier charged me twice for several items and my bill was almost $60 higher than it should have been. I had to bring my kids back into store, line up, explain to customer service, was treated with skepticism and reluctance, finally got my money back - and no apology! This is cottage area - I wonder how many holidayers dont look at their bill that closely and are ripped off?
tried to contact the pharmacy, kept getting bounced around on their automated system; tried both listed numbers, tried the pharmacy extention and each time I was sent back to the start of thje menu. Tried all of these for one hour because of needed medication repeat - finally hung up and this 66 yr old needed to walk probably 3 km to attend personally - my wife has wanted to transfer our scripts to another pharmacy but I liked the convenience of zehrs and now we will change pharmacies and grocer
