Take your wallet - not your appetite
If you're hungry or thirsty, and don't feel like robbing the bank to have a nice time out, go somewhere else! Small portion sizes, over-priced food and drinks, crazy really! A pint of Guinness is $7.40! My husband just about fell off his chair. As for service, we started at the bar and were rudely greeted by Christy, who then seemed reluctant to transfer our minimal tab when we decided to move to a table. We ended up paying our tab with her, but then got even worse service! The decor is great, but that's pretty much the only thing going for this place. And whatever you do - DO NOT ORDER THE PLOUGHMAN'S - it's a TOTAL JOKE!!!! Worse than that, is the Shepherd's Pie - barely a 1/4" worth of meat (with no veg), and topped with loads of mashed potatoes....for $12! Ridiculous!
