Master Mechanic

This shop was an epic fail for me. My oil change ended up on the driveway. I took my car to the Subaru dealership the next day after they serviced my car. So called 'master' mechanics were unable to put the drain plug in tight after the oil change resulting in a huge mess to clean up both under my car and my driveway. The manager seems more concerned about people reviewing the terrible service in public than the mess they made of my car or the time and money wasted. I will never return here.

Phenomenal service by Mike and his team! I didn’t have an appointment but an urgent need arose, and Mike was able to quickly get my car in for service. I really appreciate the level of professionalism and customer service that I received! Thank you!!! I will be a repeat customer based on this. It’s so hard to find this level of customer service. Super impressed and I would highly recommend this Mechanic for your auto needs.
