Boston Pizza

Well unlike others who posted, we had a great experience at this location. We were seated and waited on in a timely manner. Our food arrived, hot, with no mistakes, in decent time. The only criticism came from my wife who had the Baked-Seven Cheese Ravioli with Bolognese sauce. She said that she likes to taste the cheese, but the sauce overpowered the cheese. Other wise everyone enjoyed their meals.

Never EVER again

I will not be returning. We had poor service about 4 months ago from this location and did not visit because of this service. My daughter asked if we could try it again and it was unbelievably disappointing. The hostess asked us to wait while she finished sorting something at the front desk, and then when she was ready to seat us, the phone rang. She then proceeded to answer the call rather than seat us which was disappointing. After we were seated, we asked the server for more napkins as my daughter had spilled her drink (no lid/cap and filled right up to the top). They never came so my husband had to get some from a neighbouring table. Then, my food order was incorrect. I was told they would fix it and I could eat the 'wrong order' while I waited. We then heard the server talking to the kitchen (we were seated right next to the kitchen) that the kitchen had again not gotten the order right. Instead of talking to us about this, the server tried to hide this fact by handing me my pizza in a takeout box and telling me I could eat it when I got home. When I checked it, it was, once again, wrong. Why did she feel she had to lie??? The manager spoke to us about it, and did not charge us for my order, but my family was upset (particularly my daughter) and felt bad that this was happening. We will never return. There are plenty of other restaurants that offer great service and great food in the area, and seem to want our business.

Great service, our server had our drinks promptly, and our meals didn't take too long either. Food was prepared exactly as ordered. Great overall!
