All Seasons Inn & Restaurant welcomes you in Sussex. Our motel units offer flat screen T.V's, fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Iron & board are available. Complimentary hot breakfast & WiFi. We offer some pet friendly rooms and efficiency rooms. Located on Main St. our property backs on to scenic farm land. Our restaurant offers traditional dinners, pasta, seafood, melts, sandwiches and burgers, as well as homemade desserts. Thick milkshakes to local beer on tap, our family restaurant is ready for groups of all sizes. The back 40 offers relaxed dining enjoy the surroundings of old area signage and memorabilia. We have convention and meeting rooms for groups up to 200 people, with a full range of available menus and buffets. Weddings, conventions, meetings, reunions and family gatherings. Buses are always welcome. All Seasons Inn is within 45 minutes of Fundy National Park, Fundy Trail Parkway, Saint Martins, Saint John, and Moncton, within an hour of Fredericton.

Our dining room is divided into two sections and can accommodate parties and gatherings. We also offer banquet facilities with three rooms available; our largest room can accommodate up to 200 people. Our thirty staff members will provide you with a friendly and courteous service. The room was very...

The room was very clean and no noise after 12AM, so now we are coming back 12 years later for our 23d anniversary.
