Not only did they mess up the closing date for my refinance, they basically lied to me and told me it was the bank who changed the date. They had all my documents for over a month before it was due. To top it all off they didn't drop off the correct paperwork at the bank so my old mortgage didn't get paid off which resulted in me paying double mortgage payments for over a month. Repeatedly did not respond to my emails about it. Not only do they seem completely incompetent they don't even care.
