Terrible customer service….. and staff very rude …

I am surprised at the previous comment about social distancing as I have found this location to have very good COVID protocols in place right from the start. I prefer the format of this location over the newer designs, this layout is easier to maneuver. There is always an appropriate number of tills open & they are quick to open more as needed so you never need to wait in line very long. I have lived in this neighborhood for 18 years and this store is one of the reasons I like living here.

I was just at Sobeys on Dakota and was concerned with the change in process in regard to social distancing by staff as when I was in the checkout the person who directed me to go to 6 then walked around and felt the need to squeeze past me while I was in the checkout. She did not have a mask on. I will be going elsewhere going forward. (Also not in Sobeys control but there were no customers that I saw wearing masks.) Very strange with the provincial upswing in active cases.

The pharmacy staff is rude and also incompetent. Over the past year i have had to deal with them for my ederly father. They do not help to make this easy. They will never offer up basic information. They will tell you after the fact. They use judgment and offer up personal opion. Horrible staff.

Convenient local store. Good selection of food and quality products. Very greatful to have a great store like this lrightbin the neighborhood. Makes shopping very convienent.
