    The owner has not knowledge of taxes and barely speaks english which caused a mistake with my taxes as she put the wrong address on my tax forms. The guy who actually prepared the taxes also had trouble with English and didn't seem to be proficient in the tax laws. There use to be a gentleman that worked there that was very friendly and knew a lot more and answered all of our questions and actually found mistakes from a previous Tax Preparer.

    First time user of this service and I dislike the whole process. Lack of communication and updates! I used their services via fax transimissions. I assumed they are in the market for instant tax refunds! Don't be fooled. They filed to CRA and I have to wait for a deposit from the CRA. I am not pleased they did not tell me! I will not use this merchant again! I do not recommend as there is a varierty of tax preparers who offer instant tax refunds!!!!!!!! I do not recommend this merchant
