I went to these people to do my tax return and was quoted an amount for the cost of doing the return. I saw him write down the amount on a piece of paper he then put in with my file. When I went to pick up the completed return, the cost more than doubled and that piece of paper "disappeared" and he "didn't recall" quoting me anything. But he "gave me a break" - a slight reduction in the charge. I wouldn't recommend this company PERIOD.
