April12020 I had an dental emergency and was beside myself in extreme pain. I could barely open my mouth. I called the office and was provided an appointment within an hour. Turned out two teeth were bad. One cracked and needed to be pulled and one needing a root canal. I’m home now social isolating like the rest of the world. I can not convey with words how beholding I am to Dr. Shieh, you are a true hero in my eyes. Your skill and professionalism complements your benevolence. Sheila

I was originally advised I required dental implants for two back teeth. I got a second opinion with Dr Shieh who was able to provide two crowns. I was not looking forward to getting thework done though. Dr Shieh and his entire staff made the experience a positive and professional experience. In a dental chair no less. They have a friendly and relaxed office atmosphere. I appreciate the customer service. And more importantly, my teeth look and feel great. Thank you Dr. Shieh!

Got a bill in the mail from prior visit with Dr Sector. I had no idea Dr Sector was moving and Sen & Sen was taking over. Very frustrated by this. Patients should have been notified about this move.

As this experience was not good, do not go here! we had been patience of Dr Sectors for years and all the sudden Sen & Sen took over without telling patience they would be seeing Sen & sen and staff.My daughter had a check up and we were told she had a cavity, as my gut feeling told me dont do it get a second option sure enough she does NOT have a cavity. This is unacceptable malpractice and should and well be reported to Manitoba Dental Association Patient Beware!
