Terrible. I was in the city and happened to need an oil change. They broke my dipstick and told me I would have to go to a dealership to get it removed. Also told me if the dipstick was too expensive at the dealer they could order me one in. Told me it was common with my brand of vehicle. Refused to replace the dipstick or help with the costs of getting the dipstick removed. Won't ever use them again.
