Sattva Spa is located in historic downtown Victoria. Our beautiful three-story heritage building hosts private lounges for men and women. Both are equipped with a Waterknot® Sensory Journey, a signature self-guided sensory treatment that includes aromatic steam, therapeutic ice, mud, and a sensory shower. The Lapis Lounge is a gorgeous space perfect for groups, couples or friends to connect before or after treatments. It offers healthy bites, treats and infusions.
The facility hosts 18 treatment areas, including two hydrotherapy rooms - an aqua massage room for our Body Rituals and a tub room for our remarkable Immersion treatments. A one of a kind spa! It has beautiful interiors and treatment rooms with clear attention to detail, the women's lounge has a fire place, and the men's lounge is nice with the steam and ice treatment. We enjoyed the Lapis Lounge after our massages, it is an exceptional space to have lunch and chill out. The overall service was impeccable. A perfect place to de-stress and for renewal. We will be back.
