Waited all day for a Telehealth phone call from the doctor, only to find out that they are refusing to call and give me medical attention because I have a US phone number. ... What??!

Took a family member and his friend at this clinic around 3:45pm on April 20th 2019 ... the lady at the desk was very rude. I normally praise great customer service, but people with toxic attitude likely need another profession. They need not infect other people with their bad attitude. If I could give a zero rating for this uncaring behaviour... I would rate it as that. This location need better staff or need lessons on how to treat patients with empathy or find another profession.

3rd time trying this horrible clinic. No empathy, no care, no help at all. If you were on fire in-front of any of the GPs, they wouldnt care. All 3 times the Dr.s were short, no eye contact, no empathy, cold and non-caring. I went in today with an un known problem and explained my case. He assumed another dr. was taking care of it and told me to go to someone else. In the same breathe he offered me a service and retracted it. Avoid this clinic at all costs. Avoid for your own sanity/wellbeing

The ladies at the front were wonderful and the wait time was relatively short compared to experiences I’ve had in the past. However, Dr. Lewans has to be the worst doctor I’ve ever experienced. He was extremely rude, aggressive, unprofessional, and overall NOT helpful during my brief visit. I was in only to request a referral and I left in tears. Never visiting this clinic again.

Terrible. Lied to me. Refused care. Would not even fill out a form even with an offer to pay.

Got stitches in my hand at another clinic and then went to this one and they wasted my time and then I wasn't aloud to get themy out due to my age and it's frustrating because I was supposed to get them out 2 weeks ago but didn't have time because of work but now I'll probably end up taking them out by myself.

Dr lighting Mc Queen was the best.
