I'm a regular at Oak Bay Copy Centre and I totally recommend this unique business centre. They do a fantastic job, top notch in my books. I find the staff very friendly and efficacious.
I've been self-publishing books and magazines for over twenty years and I've always used Oak Bay Copy. I've found the owner and her staff to be helpful, cheerful and courteous every time. They are masters of multitasking! I have seen them juggle up to ten jobs at once with all copy machines blazing and faxes, binding and shredding machines roaring away. Kudos to Oak Bay Copy for always being there for me.
I did get a cheerful frown when I asked to use a Visa to pay for a ten cent copy though, but it was all well and good because I certainly should've known better.
Myself and several people that I know have been to the Oak Bay Copy Centre and had very poor service. I don't understand how one operates a business with such bad mannerism and expects to have her customers return. I really wanted to support a local company but now I find myself going elsewhere.

Great Neighbourhood Copy Centre
I use the Oak Bay Copy Centre for all my business needs. The location is so convenient, not having to go downtown. The staff are friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and take care of all my reports, newsletters, faxes, and packages. It's always a pleasure doing business with them.
Great little shop and very convenient for all my copying, faxing and courier service needs. Staff are friendly and very eager to help in any way they can. I'm impressed, even my presentations were completed on time and on budget. Thanks Oak Bay Copy
This shop is a pleasue to visit, a very knowlegable and helpful staff - repairing all my boo-boo's to produce a finished product with the text right side up no missing pages! Thank you and I'll see you again soon!! (Saved my Presentation)
Convenient location, quick service and friendly staff. We'll be back for sure! We were sending a FedEx box to the UK & faxing, they did both in a timely matter. We couldn't believe how many services they provide, great at multi-tasking.
I do not recommend this copy centre. The (certain members of) service staff are incredibly impolite, impatient and treat you like you're ruining their day by showing up and asking for something to be faxed.
