I have nothing bad to say about buying your vehicle from here, that was a great experience! But the service department has NO clue how to operate! Under new management, the quality of service and overall experience has been 5-stars! Highly recommend to talk to these guys when looking for a new or used car, Mitsubishi or otherwise.
After hearing an ad on the radio about them and how they don't charge any extra fees/buying a car should be pain free etc... Believe me, our experience was anything but pain free and those non-existent fees: Not worth the interest rate and inflated asking prices. Let's just say you won't be saving any money through them and if you think you are, take a closer look at the contract they want you to sign.
