Precision Auto Service is a family-owned car service centre that has been serving the Langley area since 1997. Since opening its doors, the business has adopted a personalized approach that is appreciated by its clientele.

“Our goal is to give safe and reliable transportation to our clients,” explains owner Scott Waddle. “We worry about your car so you don’t have to. Liking cars is just a small part of it – you also need to like to fix things up and make them running again.”

Scott worked for several repair shops in the metropolitan Vancouver area before he decided to launch his own business in order to do things differently. With an entrepreneurial spirit, he wanted to start a shop focused on the individual needs of his clients in order to better serve them.

“One thing that a small business can do is to get to know its clients, their driving habits, how long they want to keep their car, etc.,” he says. “With that type of information, we can give more than general recommendations. We can answer their specific needs.”
