Buyer beware - make sure you confirm all the prices before putting your card in the machine. If they miss charge you they will not give a refund. This store is messy and the staff are young and untrained. Things get miss placed and are not clearly marked when purchasing. I will never shop here again. They have no customer service - a bunch of young teenagers.
I recently went back to school shopping here and the changerooms were a nightmare. The attendant put me in the closest change room to the sitting area were many other girls we're sitting. The mirrors are on the other side of the door so you have to open it to look at yourself whilst also allowing everyone else to look at you. After a few items didn't necessarily work out for me, it was embarrassing! I felt so self conscious trying on clothes for a crowd! I didnt try on the rest and walked out!
When I got up to cash, there was a teenage blonde lady that didn't crack a single smile, or even say hi. While she was processing my transaction she had the worst possible attitude I've ever encountered. This isn't my first experience similar to this at Urban Planet. I recommend management does a better job training employees.
