My experience at fix auto was great. I was involved in a rear-end accident. I was able to have it assessed right away and booked in for repairs shortly after. Danny communicated very well, walked through everything. Courtesy car was provided and workmanship and paint appears high quality. I would highly recommend this company and location.

Had my windshield and hood repaired after a stone hit my truck on the freeway. Service was fast and professional. Even when I went back for a follow-up issue, it was no problem and Fix Auto West always performed the work quickly and I didn't have to fight over billing or payment. Highly recommended. My vehicle always comes away from Fix Auto washed and looking good!
I have had various dealings with Fix Auto as a whole I am always thrilled with the service. They always keep on top of things and follow through with commitments made.I would never think of going anywhere else :)
Repairs were done pretty decent, although I had to adjust the bumper a bit when i got home, I rate poor because they charged me for damage to their courtesy car which they claim I had signed off that there was no visible damage to the exterior however the rear door was not opened at that time. When i dropped off the vehicle they noticed damage on the inside of the rear door which i had not even opened. It seemed as if they knew damage was already there and i would have never noticed because i only used the driver door and never took passengers.

Sadly this comment is untrue. The fellow that wrote the response did not even return the courtesy car himself, it was his mother. The only reason we even looked at the rear door was for some strange reason the back seat was pulled forward? When I opened the door to put the seat back in place, the seatbelt was jambed inside the door, chipping paint & dented metal. Unfortunately we have to keep cars looking great for ALL customers. A side note on rear bumpers of this type of car. There is no adjustment, they slide on and off. I tried repeated to contact this fellow, he chose not to return my calls
