    Dr Dong is a very meticulous, gentle, knowledgable dentist. His staff is also very capable and friendly.

    Dr. Dong is a great dentist. The skills he has is amazing. Very compassionate, no pain, I fall asleep on him. LOL. It is too bad that his receptionist treats you like a 2nd rate citizen. I have attempted 4 times to book an appointment. Never calls back, never answer emails, since answering a phone is difficult. I will be filing a complaint to the Dental Surgeons of BC.
