Had very poor representation experience with this firm. Its too bad because it was from these reviews that I contacted them to probate a Will. They took longer than necessary, charged more than expected, made several costly mistakes that ultimately cost me and apologized for nothing except that all that I had experienced was unfortunate. Yes it was unfortunate indeed and I hope you adjust your customer service accordingly. They caused more stress and frustration than any other executor duties.

Terrible lawyers. Did not file proper documents. Did not follow basic procedure or or inform me of my rights&my children's rights, it was the contrary. Enabled 5 months of relocation to city2 hrs away. Negligent and incompetent. Gave incorrrect/uninformed information that was in the worst interest of my children.Didn't know basic laws so children could stay in their town of residence.Gave false info consistently. complained to the Law Society. SinceI hired them, thegrief, damage lossgrew-10fold
