food poisening

I walk to my neighborhood Subway at seven thirty pm November 21st 2012. I ordered a salad and the guy went to the back and bought out a large basin, ten gallon or more in size. He placed the ingredients I ordered into the over sized basin and went to a room in the back with the bucket of my food.. He came out with a cleaver and chopped my salad for about five minutes. The salad was so minced up I could not tell one vegetable from the next. I ate my salad in the restaurant and it was very wet and the pickles had a slimy texture what was left of them. Within six hours I was violently vomiting and had explosive diarrhea for hours and hours. The the convulsions from throwing up has left my muscles so sore that it is painful to cough. My throat is also hurts from the long hours of throwing up. I was completely drained the next day and missed many appointment. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not let a subway dude take your food into the back and into a bucket that has no protocol in food preparations.
