been 5 months waiting for rain guards… & still waiting

These guys earned my business now and in the future. A company didn't honor their warranty on something I had purchased, and after a hell of a lot of back and forth by Chris, the manufacturer refusing to act, he and Mario chose to help me out through Cap-it. It was a situation that they could have blamed the company and slid out of it, but they didn't. Can't thank Chris and Mario enough!

Paid the deposit on a cap and am getting a different story every day about its fate. Apparently hurricanes have stopped it from getting here from California and the driver doesn't like snow. There is a new story each time |I call and it all sounds fishy. Thought Edmonton was a city like Toronto and you got what you paid for in a few days. Still do not know if |I am going to get my cap before my move and it has been weeks. Is this a real business?

Drove for 5 hours to get there and it was closed on Saturday Remembrance Day!

The staff there did great . I bought a set of rims and tires and Mario took his time and explained everything . They had everything in stock and in 2 days my truck was in getting everything installed . From start to finish the staff did great .

warning people i was promised that it will be done as i say but in the end they delivered completely different service and when i asked them to fix it they told me to pay money to do that. zero service POOR SERVICE

VERY POOR Service

Bought a Cap for my truck and was faced with VERY RUDE and difficult staff. Was not allowed to view the installation of my new cap as it seems that the shop performs magic! The shop was filthy and it appears that this is simply a very scabby shop. I would never recommend this shop to anyone.
